1. The Service

Name Generator Plus provides free, browser-based name generators across many categories. The generators run in your browser; the inputs you type are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Using the names

Names you generate are yours to use freely. For business, brand and product names we strongly recommend checking trademark and domain availability before you commit — availability changes constantly and we make no warranty that any generated name is unregistered, available, or free of third-party rights.

3. No guarantees on meanings

Name meanings and origins are provided for general interest and inspiration. For established names we draw on documented etymology; for invented names we describe the roots the name was built from. Treat meanings as a helpful guide, not an academic citation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades availability, or use it to generate content that is unlawful or that harasses others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, code and copy — is owned by Name Generator Plus. The individual names you generate are not claimed by us.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a generated name or the Service.

7. Changes & contact
